Home loan eligibility depends on two things: your ability to repay (income, existing EMIs, credit score) and the property's ability to serve as collateral (title clarity, approvals, valuation).

Borrower eligibility

Property eligibility
- Clear title with a chain of documents going back 13-30 years
- Approved plan sanctioned by the local municipal authority
- Occupancy certificate (for ready properties)
- RERA registration for under-construction projects
- Property in a technically approved locality by the bank
